Job-hunting is a work that doesn't take time off for vacations or sick days. The others won't be as simply recognized; a vice-president who steps down, permitting a director to take his place, which leaves a gap for that manager's work which you just know you could do. The job you know you need to do.The place is, job spaces do not carry on vacation. You should follow the news headlines from every organization that might be a target every morning, and be aware of every move, every opening developed by a move. How else are you going to know when that vice-president chooses to leave? '
