There are many different solutions for those who stutter/stammer. In this essay I will describe a number of the experiences and types of stuttering or stammering treatment people test out. I myself started attending speech therapy at the age of five and I continued at different occuring times to go to before the age of eighteen. Now I am sure some people have some very positive experiences and results out of this type of therapy, however I wasn't one of these brilliant people. From what I remember the guidance I was given was to decrease my speech and to take a deep breath before beginning to talk. When I noticed proficient people speaking, I seldom heard them have a deep breath. Still another area people try is hynotherapy. It was something I truly wanted to try for myself at age around twenty. Unfortunately each treatment cost not quite as much as my weekly salary when this occurs of my entire life. I never were able to experience this type of stuttering therapy. I now genuinely believe that stuttering is really a physcological as well as a physical problem. As hynotherapy only really relates to the physcological dilemmas I am now unsure if it might have offered me the whole solution. One other remedies those who have a stutter attempt are speech classes. These courses are both on a group basis or on a to one basis. With each of these courses, the one who attends the class must practice the ways to make sure they are an all natural section of their speech. Confidence classes are still another kind of therapy for stuttering. In my opinion they are of importance, however don't protect the physical facets of how exactly to remove a stutter.
