Maybe you have heard the definition of wellness? It has one in alternative medicine, two contexts and one in Western medicine. 

In the choice medicine world, wellness means caring for your self so you do not get tired. Let us find mental illness to be avoided cancer, heart disease, by ways. We are able to do this through changing our diet, exercising more, and changing our energy fields. 

In Western medicine, we wait until we get one of these brilliant disorders, then we run heroically to beat the illness. In Western medicine, the word wellness suggests early detection of disease. If you enter a Center in a, you'll see mammogram testing areas, MRI machines and other instruments to check for the existence of infection. 

Is that wellness? If you ask me, it is not. Wellness is about staying well, it's about preventing disease in the first place. When a person is told You've cancer, it's a major blow to their psyches, and their lives. Why proceed through that if you don't need to? Why not do whatever you can in order to avoid that awful day? Western medicine treats the pre-detection part of life as a kind of arbitrary soup of nothingness. You can't do anything about any of these conditions, you just buy them or you do not. Number rhyme or reason to it, it just gets you, and then you cope with it. 

Genetics is really a big element in the Western medical model. If cancer is got by you, ah, well, it was in your genes that you'd get it. You see, your great grandfather had cancer, so it was expected that you'd get it too. 

Huh? Unfortuitously, Western medicine can't explain why siblings get or do not get illnesses apparently handed down from their parents. One sister dies of cancer at a new age (because of genetics) and the other sister lives to be 100 (genetics). 

For my part, I am planning to simply take the best care of myself probable, and not play a foolish waiting game for infection.
