Actually there's not very much I, personally might have done differently. But there's definitely one medical subject I would want to have known more about and stuck to: early childhood care techniques. 

I'd issues with my teeth from the minute go. I had to possess fillings, root canal work, toot... 

Hello all you could wonderful people out there. Perhaps you have thought, If I'd known then what I know now. or If I'd my entire life to live once again I would change... ?? 

Actually there's not too much I, personally would have done differently. But there is one health related issue I would want to have known more about and stuck to: early childhood care procedures. 

I'd problems with my teeth from the moment get. I'd to own fillings, root canal work, tooth extractions. You name it, I'd it. (Especially at Halloween) could have been okay if only I'd known about and applied proper (and I mean proper) health and gum care even eating dozens of taffy apples and other candy. Call it hindsight. 

Ironically, at this stage within my life I frantically take care of the few teeth I could still call my very own. I brush my teeth (and gums) when I get up each morning and after every meal. Mouthwash is used by me frequently. I select biannual dental examinations. I allow it to be a point to get to a dentist as soon as I imagine the smallest dental problem. 

Within our day and age anything could happen. My next statement may seem only a little weird - like some thing out of science fiction - but therefore did reaching the moon fifty years back. I imagine people in this lifetime cutting a third set of teeth. Wouldnt that be some thing! So allows perhaps not spend time. Allows brush on mouth and gum hygiene practices. Lets promote dental hygiene whether through yearly dental hygiene week for children or dental hygiene shirts or whatever.
