You will telegraph your movements due to indecision and your speed of your strategies will decrease due to being hard & rigid. 

Like animals, which sense concern, people are no different. The vibrations of fear pass from one mind to another just as quickly & definitely as a human voice. Your opponent across the band may sense your anxiety & utilize it to his advantage. The three horsemen must be acquired before claiming your subject in or outside of the ring. 

Here are a few guidelines 

1. Think from your competitors mind, what can he do? 

2. Watch & analyze your opponents fights to obtain a feeling of his game plan 

3. Focus & remind yourself of your strengths as a fighter. 

4. During the night before going to sleep rehearse your battle program in your thoughts & what you should do to counter problems 

5. Have a flexible fight plan ready in your thoughts & stick to it
