I dont know what it is but there are several odors that bring back happy memories and one of them is the whiff of a freshly baked cookie. I dont have an especially sweet tooth and can actually survive without cakes or sweets but once I'm hit by that cookie smell I am taken fully to a wonderful and place. I want to enjoy the dessert all on my very own and find myself a quiet place with a cup of my favorite coffee and prepare to be in heaven. 

It isnt only eating a freshly baked cookie that's pleasant but making them can be extremely rewarding too. Cookie cooking could be good fun when you have children and where a few of my earliest dessert thoughts result from that is probably. You could always get a number of the cookie dough that's recognition but I believe that the mixing process is the better bit! Making different forms of snacks and then decorating them after ward can be something that most kids love to do. You could even consider giving several of those homemade cookies as items, especially if your children helped make them.
