Actually there's not very much I, personally could have done differently. But there is one medical issue I would like to have known more about and followed to: early youth health practices. 

I'd issues with my teeth from the moment go. I'd to have fillings, root canal work, toot... 

Hello all you wonderful people out there. Have you ever thought, If I'd known then what I know now. or If I'd my entire life to call home once more I would change... ??

I'd problems with my teeth from the moment get. I'd to have fillings, root canal work, tooth extractions. You name it, I'd it. Even eating all those taffy apples and other candy (especially at Halloween) would have been okay if perhaps I'd known about and practiced proper (and I mean proper) health and gum hygiene. Call it hindsight. 

Ironically, at this stage within my life I frantically look after the few teeth I could still call my own, personal. I brush my teeth (and gums) the moment I get up each morning and after every meal. Mouthwash is used by me frequently. I go for biannual dental checkups. I allow it to be a point to get at a dentist as soon as I think the smallest dental problem. 

Within our age and day anything can occur. My next statement may sound only a little bizarre - like some thing out of science fiction - but so did reaching the moon fifty years back. I imagine people in this lifetime cutting a third pair of teeth. Wouldnt that be some thing! Therefore lets perhaps not spend time. Allows wash through to mouth and gum hygiene practices. Allows market dental hygiene whether through yearly dental hygiene week for children or dental hygiene shirts or whatever.
