What's great about either tuna or chicken salads is that there's almost no waste (until, the cook has smudged the salad big style). If the planning for these salads exceed the expected usage, they can be recycled the following day being a meal. 

Just throw in maybe feta or mozzarella cheese, position it on any bread of your choice, place it in the oven and you are all set with a totally different recipe. For your convenience, I've compiled the following must-try chicken salad sandwich recipes for those salad left-overs. 

CHICKEN SALAD Meal 

Components 

1/2 - cups cooked chicken, diced 

1/2 - glass celery, diced 

1/2 - onion, diced 

1/2 - cup salad dressing (or mayonnaise) 

1/2 - tsp oregano 

1/4 - tsp sodium 

1/8 - tsp pepper 

1 - hard-cooked egg, peeled 

1 - tomato, 8 cuts 

4 - lettuce leaves 

8 - slices of bread (picking a bread) 

Directions 

You wish to add the cooked chicken, celery, onion, salad dressing (or mayonnaise), oregano, sodium, pepper, hard-cooked egg in a food processor. 

Pulsate food processor about 4 times. 

You want ingredients well mixed; however, only coarsely chopped. 

With a, spread chicken salad combination on a slice of bread; include 2 tomato slices, a of lettuce and top with 2nd bread slice. 

WALDORF CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH 

INGREDIENTS: 

4 Kaiser sheets, cut in two 

1 glass deli chicken salad 

12 very thin apple slices 

4 slices Cheddar cheese 

PREPARATION: 

Level bottom half of each move with 3 apple slices, salad and 1 cheese slice. Top with surfaces of rolls. (You can distribute the kaiser rolls with a thin split of softened butter prior to making the sandwiches, if you had like.) 4 servings 

CHICKEN SALAD Plastic FORMULA 

Ingredients: 

2 cups cooked diced chicken Miracle Whip Salad Dressing 

1 cup chopped celery 

2 tablespoons pickle relish 

1/8 teaspoon dry mustard 

1/2 tsp dill 

8 pieces thin white bread 

Directions: 

Mix together ingredients. Chill for several hours. Spread chicken mixture on bread and remove crusts. Cut into squares or triangles. 

PESTO CHICKEN SALAD ON BAGELS 

Ingredients: 

1 cup diced cooked chicken 

1 cup chopped celery 

1 cup chopped tomatoes 

1/2 cup finely chopped onion 

1/2 glass bought pesto 

4 whole wheat -- or white bagels, split 

Directions:
