This can be a delicious chicken dinner for you yourself to make at home. The lemon sauce is tangy and fresh and somehow I usually end up eating a lot of :-). It is not the sort of thing and takes somewhat to organize you'd want to cook each nights the week. But, it is worth the effort. It is usually made by me once in some time as a special food for my husband. And it always works out good. Lucky Fruit Chicken 4 whole boneless chicken breasts, skin down Glass cornstarch (corn flour) 3 tbls water 4 egg yolks gently overwhelmed salt, pepper to taste shallots chopped Orange Sauce cup orange juice 2 tsp powdered chicken stock 2 tbls cornstarch (corn flour) 2 tbls honey 2 tbls brown sugar 1 ginger was grated by tsp 1 cups water For the sauce, incorporate all of the materials in a pot and stir over a heat then and until it boils thickens. Slice the chicken breast fillets into 3-4 items. Lay flat and pound slightly with a mallet and other large object. Area cornstarch in a bowl and slowly add the water, and then add the slightly beaten egg yolks. Next add pepper and salt to your taste. Dip the chicken pieces in to this mixture and ensure you drain well. Place a couple of bits of the struggling chicken at a time, into deep hot oil and fry until lightly browned. Drain on absorbent paper. Slice chicken more if needed. Organize on plates of freshly cooked white rice. Sprinkle with shallots and spoon over hot lemon sauce. Enjoy! Then finish the meal with a Chinese Fortune Cookie. Put a note in each cookie to accommodate the mood of the meal. This is a exciting method to end any food.
