My pal Chris knew that my properties were nicely managed and he asked if I would appear soon after his mother's flats. I knew that she was not properly and simply because of her health, in the last year half her flats had lain empty. I reluctantly agreed and started renting out her properties. I managed to get her occupancy up to over 90%. My charging structure was really easy as I kept ten% of her rent and she also paid all costs. She was delighted with my service and told her friends who approached me to do the identical for them. Getting busy but not wanting to say no straight away I provided to provide the same service but at 15% of the month-to-month rent. To my surprise they agreed. Word of mouth got around and quickly I had to begin turning individuals away as I was far also busy managing my packaging firm to do house management full time! Had this enterprise not been carrying out properly I could effortlessly have began managing properties full time. I even managed to get a couple of apartments at knock down rates when 1 of my consumers wanted a rapid sale right after his tenants left.
