Diagnosis of Deafness and Hearing Loss

Lots of people have noted that it is usually difficult to gain a particular diagnosis and causes because of their hearing loss and deafness.

It is very difficult to give an exact diagnosis just like many medical conditions there are usually a higher number of personal conditions and causes to consider, even though utilising the most innovative diagnosis technology.

It's commonly considered there are 2 main causes for hearing loss & deafness in patients.

Sensorineural Hearing loss

Sensorineural hearing loss could be the most prevalent reason for deafness in britain.

That diagnosis applies to damage to the nerves with in the ear and is frequently referred to as nerve deafness.

Conductive Hearing loss is simply due to congestion in the outer ear which prevents or stops sound passing to the inner ear.

This is due to something that disrupts the transmission of sound from the outer to the inner ear, such as;

Hearing attacks

Stuff head

Build-up of wax,

Injury to the ossicles or perforated eardrum
