Each of these councils has &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;spent the entire year procuring, implementing or building upon regional PSNs.&lt;br&gt;The last year is a huge year of rapid progress in a national level with your PSN Connectivity and Services &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Frameworks in full &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;operation and PSN compliance arrangements now &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;in position. It was highlighted that there's a risk &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;of losing sight of such &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;visionary principles focusing more heavily about &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;the PSN Frameworks and &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;complying.&lt;br&gt;Collaboration is the important - The technical infrastructure and framework &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;is place and working &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;effectively, but the &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;success lies in public sector workers &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;thinking &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;and doing things differently. Progress has been made of this type with the &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;introduction in the G-&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Cloud contract. There was an agreement that there should be clearer &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;communications of what is available from whom through the PSN.&lt;br&gt;Open to all - Regional PSNs will only reach their full &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;potential &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;whenever they have all public sector services agreeable. Lead &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;organisations need to cooperate with vendors to make &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;sure &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;precisely what is offered is valuable to everyone &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;organisations, from police to &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;universities, no matter their &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;dimensions or service.
