Imagine something that can make you laugh so difficult you pee your pants, and then actually 30 seconds later having you weeping to your mother because of the psychological impact the writer's make on you with the exceptional script from that occurrence. This show was absolute comic genius, and I do believe it's well-worth remembering the Most Truly Effective 5 Episodes of Scrubs:My Cake - This could be the episode that starts with Dan, the brother of Scrubs' star Dr. John Dorian (played by Zach Braff) turning up at his house door with a cake. The next line, 'Dad died,' requires what felt like it was to be always a light-hearted second and turns it on its head once we are taken through the way the Dorian family relates to death. If we can end our lives the way the implant patient does, it provides me hope that the end will be as beautiful since the rest.My Fallen Idol - This is the one that happens just after Dr. Cox has just lost three patients in a row. He takes it very, very difficult and tries to consume his guilt and depression away. H-e makes a mistake and involves work drunk, however, and is sent home. That crushes JD, who idolizes Dr. Cox. The rest of the group attempts to bring Dr. Cox out-of his rut, however in the end, it's left up to JD.My ABC's - Plenty of people only understand that one 'the Scrubs occurrence with the Sesame Street tune.' Joshua Radin shuts this episode using a haunting performance of the generally happy and pleasant music, and it poignantly shows us that medical practioners are still people, and they still have feelings.My Screw Up - This is my all-time favorite episode of any TELEVISION show I have ever seen.
