新页面

What is CRM? If I buy CRM software will I be described as a greater recruiter?

Should recruiting pc software have CRM functions? Do recruiting computer software companies include CRM inside their product?

I do believe CRM will be a lot of smoke created by some excellent marketing those who could sell ice to Eskimos. [http://chime.in/community/CPRMyCareerJobsSearch advertiser]

A definition for CRM could Be The means of using information to find, secure and keep customers. The concerns, activities, and people associated with service, sales, and marketing. Yikes! I thought that's what recruiting is?

Why am I on such a soap box? Because I keep in touch with about 50 different recruiters and recruitment firm owners weekly and every once in a little while I get asked does this software incorporate CRM. A couple of years when the question was asked I was at a loss for words. I had no idea what these were speaing frankly about. I was terribly concerned that after 25 years in the industry per week investing in 10 hours each day 7 days I had totally missed anything and a whole process went right over my head.

So I came to in conclusion that CRM and recruiting software are one and exactly the same and went to work reading and learning every thing I could find on CRM. If your recruiting software does not have the characteristics identified by CRM then you don't have recruiting software.

To start with, who are the consumers of an executive recruiter? Clients and Individuals are! As any recruiter knows the solution of a recruiter is also the consumer, the prospect, one unique quality of the recruiting business.

Lets go back to that CRM description above. The process of using information to keep, secure and find customers. Your recruiting application can be used to find and track candidates and clients. The application must keep them open to you through periodic contact once found.

Next, The people, activities and questions related to service, sales and marketing. OK, if your recruiting application cannot aid you market to different demographics of individuals and clients then why are you using it? What are you using to advertise to prospects and clients? Have you got a separate program because of this? Have you got a database for marketing to clients, a database for marketing to prospects? Do individuals often become clients? Do clients often become candidates? Is prospect John Smith repeated in a separate marketing process and then again in your client Database? How foolish these questions are! I would recommend you reconsider your whole approach to recruiting if you answer yes to any of the above.

And if you have this separation how on earth are you ever going to keep an eye on the issues and activities? I could offer you company idiot consolidation software that can pull all these eager systems together for you maybe when they are all split up.

So the leading questions will be answered by me. If I get CRM software will I be a greater employer? Number, since youre an idiot for having recruiting computer software that's maybe not also CRM. Must recruiting application have CRM functions? Of course, CRM and recruiting application are one and the same. Do recruiting computer software vendors include CRM inside their solution? Yes, if they dont they are not just a recruiting software vendor.
