We do not want to think that we choose a book by its address or a individual by what they're carrying, but the the reality is that we generally do. Before they dig deeper.This, things that are visible right away does not suggest we (or our organization) have to be the best dressed or seem like something we are not brand crisis management. It does mean making sure our picture shows who we are. So that customers can 'size us up' easily (which they will do anyhow) and that the image/impression we leave them with is a good one.
