I have been consulting for the last 5 years in various areas of the economy in the united states that I am living right now and have noticed a number of areas that need attention but haven't been given that.Computers are an intrinsic part of every organization for record keeping purposes and simple mention of the data at a later period. But the contrary is true in many business simply because they still believe in the hard copies due to their filing documents. It's like this because most of these businesses have the old means of keeping data in documents since the start and thus the management is afraid to maintain the records on the computers. Some companies have become resistant to this change such that they can not take such change within their method of working. The others are not that computer literate such that they do not know the functions that these computers have hence they would rather use just what they know and would not want to invest in the new technology.Be it a Bank, Engineering organization, a clinic they all need computers to work efficiently but these business still have a fear of saying that they've a processing system that is operating enough for them to succeed hence they do not want to have this new technology. Imagine when you go to a hospital for them to spot you they have to have your card that they were writing last moment to know your history but when there is a method that would make them just punch in your name and your medi-cal history happens it would help. Many of these industries say that they have a concern that the machine that selection their industries have not been developed or they are very expensive to purchase.Specialized systems are there and can be expensive but also they are systems that can be developed through the use of applications like Microsoft Excel or Access that are very strong and yet costs very less. These systems produced are user friendly and usually very easy to administer but managements usually are afraid to undertake them for safety purposes.I suppose that to computerize our company nowadays we can start off by ensuring we've small systems that are easy to administer around possible then from there we can assimilate all these purpose into one complex one.For case only a job call or reception team are suppose to always check into their logs and see if there is a job posted to them and assign a support person to attend to them and if its computerized it can be very ymca inexpensive but if not it involves calls and faxing or other frustrating procedure but if computerized the client can sign in to a system and illustrate the problem at length and there can even be record of such jobs that were joined formerly to offer the client more alternatives or the support person more ways to solve such a problem.
