Muscle can be an amazing tissue of your body. It is the part of your body that gives us the get a handle on that we want and need in life. Your head is just a worthless thing usually if it doesnt have muscle to put thought in to action. It is also an important element of our bodys defense system. It shields things structurally (joints, bones, etc.) and metabolically, and literally whether in the shape of escape or defense from the problems both human and non that individuals experience. I want to talk more specifically about these exact things that I have described to be able to help you to understand that it's good to get muscle.
