Among the reports parents read with their kids to be able to inform them about the risks the sea covers, I'd the pleasure of experience when I was an adolescent and not even a strong believer that the absolute most beloved section of my state, its sea, can really trigger me or my family any harm. Not that I was from a family of sailors or that my dad was a chief of a large ship or any such thing like that, but primarily because both of my parents were considering themselves to be hunters, travelers of the coast and the unfamiliar dark blue waters. While we were sailing with your small, but very liked, fishing-boat specially my father, who used to become a very skilled scuba diver was always desperate to give us a lesson".

Summer time that I was about to turn fifteen and my brother was nearly twelve, my father decided that we've enjoyed the island's shores long enough and we were prepared to get our first practical ocean training. We boarded our little fishing-boat and after following my father's expert advice, we started our trip into the unknown clear blue sea. Our purpose was to see still another small island, not far from the one we lived during our summer holidays, and study, through practical education, some considerations he's been describing to us over time. I recall looking at the horizon and getting captivated by its beauty. I still remember like it was yesterday, how a clear light blue sky produced a white line at the point where it was united with the deeper blue sea. The wind lightly served our purpose to leave the harbor and although there was undoubtely always something I had to complete or watch somebody else doing while I was on board, I could still taste the salt from the water falls that traveled through the wind and dried on my lips. Actually, that long boat journey was the very first time that I felt part of nature; a of that beautiful landscape and fully, one hundred percent, alive.

A tad bit more than an hour later we were able to approach the empty little island we in the offing that day to see and my father screamed -probably due to the wind which was becoming stronger- that he was aware of a lovely sandy beach where we might camp for the rest of the day. Everything went in line with the original plan and we successfully set foot on that virgin coast to take pleasure from the hot day and cool off by diving to the ocean depths to enjoy closer its beauty. My cousin screamed cheerfully as he got from the ship to the beach and later I was determined to dive from when I found that I can climb the rocks that surrounded the excluded beach a much bigger peak. Nevertheless the adventure was about to begin. hen party t shirts uk

When we made a decision to keep the pleasant and warmth shore hours have been spent more than three by us, my father found that our small boat engine was not working. After multiple attempts to start the engine that could help us safely return home, I realized that he was now stressed that he'd to travel back only by pulling the boat's two oars. He succeeded in leading the boat out to deeper water and only then we understood that the ocean shapes were so strong that it absolutely was impossible for people to have home safely that way. In addition, the wind velocity kept increasing and in the place of moving towards the direction we wanted it seemed like we were moving further away and further. Fortunately my father didn't give up hope. He continued to try to keep our spirits up and laugh through this sea journey, but that glance explained more than words could ever describe, when I saw his eyes looking very seriously at the problem. That was the purpose that I acquired frightened and thought that there was actually a possibility people never returning. Although I was not doubting that my father could lead us to safety and I couldn't believe that this kind of disaster could ever function as the real situation I would have to face -after all I was with my superhero dad- a inside my head kept yelling that I'd to remain calm and help his efforts in whatever way I could when we were to produce it. In reality, while he was trying to get the motor to start out, I and my brother kept the oars and tried to take them together towards the shore. We were almost hanging from the boat and supporting his attempts using our hands as two additional oars, one from each side of the boat, when my father was in charge. We did just what he instructed and three hours later, we were inside our island's harbor. My father kept shouting "the shore is close" and the sound of his voice gave the required courage to us to help keep oaring with our hands. Three and a hours later we were able to move off the boat. Naturally that our sea experience was the highlight of that year's summer holidays, but above all it taught us an enormous practical training. Never simply take anything for granted when visiting unknown waters; exactly like in life.
