I have a buddy who is significantly older than she looks. Because I know that she generally takes great care of herself by eating nicely and exercising (great skin and what a match physique!), I when asked her if there was 1 issue she did that she felt contributed the most to her youthful look and she replied I try to sleep extended sufficient each evening so that I wake up naturally. (I had hoped to get the name of some new wonderful beauty therapy).

Back to my buddies idea of sleeping till you wake up naturally. Final summer, I decided to try it for a couple of weeks (with the alarm set as backup in case I slept As well late). To do this, I had to go to bed a bit earlier. You know what occurred? Except for the one particular night I stayed up as well late with my girlfriends and woke up also early, I slept in between seven and eight hours. I felt great and looked rested. Far more importantly, I became much more tuned into my personal bodys sleep needs. Great lesson.
