The dietary plan that worked for me

I've had plenty of problems and issues with my weight. It's had an important impact on my entire life, my confidence was knocked by it and I had an all round low self-esteem.

A couple of years back I chose to do something about it, to try to lose some of my body fat. I had been aware of numerous kinds of diet the majority of which I felt weren't suitable for me and even seemed horrible.

I decided on self-help, doing it my way. I knew that exercise will have to be a issue, however wasn't willing to join a fitness center. Gyms appear packed with people who are already thin! I started to walk a lot more rather than driving every where, and started to play tennis again, although I must admit am very junk it. I'm not quite probably the most athletic person and this generally was all of the exercise I did.

The main reason I was heavy was as a result of my poor diet. I prefer to eat the forms of food you are told not to. I really like pizzas, a, chips, nuts and particularly alcohol. Many people I knew would tell me to cut out all of these from my diet completely- get real! Sorry, thats extremely hard, I like them an excessive amount of.

I considered how to proceed and decided that I'd start to jot down every thing I ate. I would eat a healthier break fast and then would try not to eat until lunch. I am a person who loves to snack, eating crisps and chocolate especially. I knew that not to eat anything until lunch could be hard but I'd an idea. Whenever I felt hungry or a desire for food a polo mint would be eaten by me or if in the home would clean my teeth. Sounds crazy but it worked for me! I would also not eat between lunch and my dinner. The evening meal would be my biggest meal of your day and would include anything I needed including chips. I would allow some alcohol to myself and would always treat myself to a takeaway on the weekend.

This type of diet needs a large amount of character and discipline, nevertheless, you don't have to do that much exercise or cut any type of food from your own diet.
