Proof Evident is really a newly introduced crime fiction novel by lawyer and questionable psychiatrist, John Dicke. The story line relies around a legal case for Judge Avery Jackson who coldly murdered Sheriff Hardacre all through his speech to 150 city officials. The problem is, Mr. Jackson does not have any memory of the event at all

Jack Maine leaves the public service and starts up a personal practice with the help of his gifted wife while taking on this hard and apparently doomed situation. His specific and patient staff carries a master researcher and an extraordinary young novice lawyer both of whom are fully aware they could not see a salary for many time. Jacks nemesis is the quick-witted and well-financed safety team light emitting diode by a formidable attorney that's set on getting "seen." Death uses this case everywhere. Only when the lawyers feel they're getting someplace - people start dropping like flies. Quickly a CIA scandal is unearthed that threatens national security, which strong people are desperate to cover-up; meanwhile a ring threatens to assume control of all facets of town.

David Dicke addresses the issue of pleading Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity, which is really a much bigger issue than I'd previously recognized. Even mentioning the plea may switch off a court, who are hardened by the preconception that the plea is over repeatedly used to falsely get sympathy, and thus, be given a lighter sentence for a crime they are guilty of committing.

David also shows the intense pressure of a tedious situation, which may be exciting to fascinated attorneys bored with the mundane courthouse actions, and the temptations that might destroy those that have significantly more need than sense. Mr. Dicke uses elements of actual life, historical events like the government scandal.

It's my opinion that Proof Evident is courtroom drama is favored by a book for deep-thinking individuals who - since there is lots of it. I found myself attempting to skip through those sections, but therefore the ending might have left me amazed and bewildered had I done. I loved the eventful finish and was amazed by way of a few characters as well. General, I believe John Dicke has generated a fascinating story that deserves to get an opportunity by readers with this genre.
