For quite a long time now, advertising gurus throughout the world have already been referring to google site ranking. Site ranking is simply Google's way of measuring your pages accordingly.

But there is a problem...

More and more we often see NO persistence with site position at all. Please don't confuse the distinction between "page ranking" & "search motor ranking." The 2 are very different.

With this way of measurement, we will quickly see how much or how little one has put into promoting their website. A high rank of 6,7,8,9,10 may also be held as some thing honerable to possess for your site but does it certainly matter?

In some aspects it does and in some it does not.

When I stated earlier, site standing has nothing related to your se success. It (did) have everything related to "importance." The sole problem is (like so many marketing ventures on line), this measurement approach is dying down with the others of them. People on the web are extremely intuitive about these sort of things and have a tendency to over saturate ways to overcome them and/or improve on them quickly.

People throughout the world are also still wondering just how to enhance their page ranking. Now why would they do this???

Simple, it is all about status. Eventhough marketing professionals like myself weigh zero value on page rank anymore, there are still basically 1000's of people out there that consider a high rank a very important thing.

So just how do you reap the benefits of boosting your rank?

- You'll attract higher quality sites to yours

- People will think your website has lasting power

- People may wish to copy everything you do

- People may even think highly of you

Nevertheless, many browsing people try to find high rank websites to switch links with.

So does wanting to increase your internet site site rank help you? Certainly not. What you ultimately want to do is promote your internet site around you can in as many "RELATED _ RELATED" places that you can and let se's do their very own thing.

Playing in to se's arms won't help your company. Developing a good net advertising basis may attract precisely what you have been after..... MORE COVERAGE!
