Okay, now I need to ask do you end up making the same foods over and over and over? It seems like I be in a trench and fix the exact same ingredients on a rotating degree. Granted I've picky people in my own family although not that picky.

I chose to do something positive about it. After sending about it for awhile I found the largest issue with cooking meal was selecting what things to make so I got out a notebook and began writing down dinner ideas full with part meals. I even asked friends and family sometimes what these were having for dinner to get more ideas.

I'd my daughter provide a few ideas to me too on her behalf favorite food choices and area meals. She did an excellent work of discovering things I'd not just made in quite a long time. I came across that asking her when she was hungry appeared to help her innovative juices develop more a few ideas.

Today each week I have my small journal of food ideas and I choose 8 of them and shop for the ingredients to produce them. I then make a list and put it on the table of the 8 different menu alternatives and cross them off as I make them.

At the end of the week there's always one dinner left, I frequently find I did not make it because someone does not like it much or it takes too long to prepare. I then make just a little note in my laptop saying cook this when so and so will not be home, or just set this on the meal list when you know you've time to make it. food storage recipes

I find I don't dread cooking supper almost as much, I've eradicated the fast function to the food store before generally making supper, and have made my life much simpler when it comes to cooking supper.
