I have a question, and if anybody is able to answer it I would truly appreciate it. I am confused about this complete plus size clothing factor on a couple distinct levels. Initial of all what chauvinist male came up with that name? Plus size just sounds so unflattering. Men dont have plus size clothes sections. No they just have larger sizes. Or they can go to shops like Massive and Tall. Just once I would like to see a plus sizes sign hanging more than the mens section of the retailer.

Second precisely who and what determined what size constitutes a plus size? Does it differ from retailer to retailer? I honestly assume an individual just sat down one day and arbitrarily mentioned something more than this size will be considered a plus size, and who cares about the women who have to shop in that section. I constantly thought the entire factor was a tiny humiliating. I mean most people are not proud of becoming on the larger side, but to have a whole distinct section of the store set aside with a large side hanging over it declaring you to be overweight must be humiliating.

The entire situation is only worsened by that reality that there seems to be a distinct lack of cute fashionable plus size clothes. So not only do you have to shop below a huge sign declaring you to be overweight, but you also have to look over at the smaller sized section and realize how much cuter all these clothes are. Mostly it appears unfair.

Now dont get me incorrect there are a handful of good stores that have great plus size clothing. Lane Bryant is one for instance that has some really good stuff, nevertheless the majority of stuff I see out there looks at least 5 years old and not like some thing anyone would be rushing to buy.
