I have worked as a carpet cleaning tech in Rochester, Ny for yesteryear 6 years and absolutely claim by the Dry Foam Extraction cleaning process. So how exactly does it work?

Some observations I've made regarding Warm Water or Steam Cleaning systems:

Excessive amounts of water are employed by steam cleaning systems. Carpets become soaked.

Hot water can damage some carpet fibers. It might also trigger shade bleeding, shrinkage, and browning. Mark avoid rugs could lose their resistance.

The soap found in warm water cleaning systems seems to leave a deposit that may attract dust.

More time is required by carpets to dry.
