It’s Not Just Genetics

A lot of people feel that expensive pills and surgery are the only solution because hair loss is genetic. But that’s not the full story. The truth is that some people are genetically pre-disposed to generate the hormone DHT inappropriately (which can lead to hair loss in certain conditions) and that’s easy enough to deal with.

From the Hair Loss Black Book:

The only way for you to regenerate hair growth is to change the way your body processes the excess hormones and enzymes that causes hair loss.
The only way for you to end your battle with thinning hair is to restore your body’s ability to counteract DHT.
The only way for you to eliminate hair loss is to regenerate and support your damaged hair follicles from the inside.

If you have thinning hair chances are you are not generating DHT properly. Just like a lot of obese people have sensitivity to insulin (also known as Syndrome-X). That doesn’t mean you have to be bald or obese your whole life. You can address the issue of DHT production very simply.

It’s a bit more than I explain in a single blog post or a series of blog posts. The best way to understand the issue is to grab a copy of Nigel Thomas’s The Hair Loss Black Book (click here for Nigel’s website).

I’ve found the Hair Loss Black Book to be a very thorough, well researched and step by step system for dealing with hair loss. The technique is soundly rooted in scientific research and very easy to follow. It also comes with a very valuable bonus book on how to handle PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and hair loss for women.

While much of the book can be viewed as overly academic it does come with a quick on how to get started. If you’re just interested in how to handle the DHT problem, you can start within a few minutes and save the rest of information for later. And while it is easy to just get started, I hope you step back and at some point do READ THE WHOLE THING.
