Exactly how many times have we heard the saying we study from our mistakes. I have to trust this saying, and also that the lessons we learn hardest we learn best! I've learned a lot from my problems, sadly (for me personally) many of them were created before the Internet existed while the fantastic marketing tool it is today. It's possible to learn articles or join a community and get great advice (and not great advice) from boards today.

While it's great to learn from our mistakes, it's more straightforward to learn from the mistakes of others, or by standing on the shoulders of giants as Newton said.

They are my 'business problems' I've learned from.

1) Keep your monthly fixed costs only possible, and make your number one priority to prepare an equal amount of regular revenue on a monthly basis to include this amount.

I'd give it would be the above, as more businesses go break due to poor income than anything else if there was one piece of advice!

2) Thoroughly research and work in your thoughts and bounced off other reliable people, your idea. Industry test that as much as possible while keeping the concept as quiet as possible.

3) Get a business anticipate paper (not the sort the bank or business firms as they are by use and large a lot of rubbish (although you will need this for the bean counters). Visit (1) above, and occur stone a solid policy for achieving this. When you hit break also continue it on to another location target, and therefore on.

I simply used the magic word there, 'goal.' you MUST certanly be sales orientated in business as the owner, if you're not then you are failing in your main duty which is to make sure the continued existence of the business.

4) Don't care what the others think of you, i.e. what car you drive etc. ALL this may change if you stick to the plan and keep your concentrate on short term objectives and longer term objectives.

I just tripped another magic word running a business ' Focus.'

5) Keep your focus, decide what the targets are, work out getting them, and focus on doing that. Then this is exactly what you SHOULD do, if you need 1000 per month to pay for the bills. If you lose focus of one's key objective, you are likely to lose out big style, and end up failing.

Then try this test:-, In the event that you doubt the power of focus

Obtain a friend to hold 3 tennis balls inside their hand

Get the friend to put all three at you in one single go

Make an effort to catch the balls

Repeat 3 x. I bet you will maybe not capture many, if any at all.

Now get them to place them again, and this time around concentrate on catching one ball. spain travel

Repeat 3 times

Now you will have caught 3 x to one ball.

It is true running a business that you must give attention to the key objective, just as with the balls after you catch one, you move onto the next, until your goals have been achieved all by you, or at the very least your most critical people.

Of all the skills needed to succeed, I'd say target is up there with the very best 3 along with dedication and enthusiasm.
