When you look for a free drink in a tavern or restaurant and all they've got to provide is diet soda or water do not you just hate it?

Or you are offered a real juice - "Well, that's sugar free - is not it?" Number it's not - that will play havoc together with your blood sugar levels and the sugar that occurs naturally in juice is quite large. But here are several drinks you might like to try...

I got so frustrated of the standard cola offer, I chose to test out mixing the various sugar free products that exist and you could want to try these options to 'only cola.'

1) The first experiment I tried was to mix a diet soda and diet tonic water in exactly the same glass. Then I added lemon and ice. A slightly sharper taste is given by the mixture and it creates a very long and refreshing drink on a hot summers day.

2) Then I tried breaking a pure red good fresh fruit juice (you might like to attempt pineapple or tomato juice) with a pal and added sparkling water to my half the juice. You could also try mixing your juice with diet tonic water.

3) If you like to create a refreshing drink in the home, this pineapple slushy can hit your dry spot:

Take 1 may sugar-free ginger ale, include 1/4 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice and ice cubes.

Devote a blender and mix until the ice-cubes are crushed and you receive a slushy mixture.

You will want to test out other unsweetened fruit juices? And, if you want slightly more of a kick, you could include bourbon extract to offer it more flavor.

If you have anymore ideas or dishes for sugar-free drink I'd really want to hear about them. healthy body
