This bath can be carried out in your very own bath and doesn't need special equipment. Warm water helps draw toxic substances out of the human anatomy to the skins surface. This is the simple menu that I regularly use to simply help combat toxic substances and cleanse my body: muscle gaining program

1 cup Epsom salts

1/2 cup Baking Soft drink

About 1/2 glass Powdered Ginger

Put Epsom salt or Baking Soada, and ginger in to a hot bath and soak for 15 to 20 minutes. After treating, scrub skin lightly with an all natural fiber just like a cotton flannel or even a loofah sponge for five full minutes. Don't stay static in the container for over 30 minutes. Note the "murky"appearance of the water, this is as a result of toxic substances released in your bath water. Wrap yourself in a large towel or gown and then cover up with a warm blanket. You will sweat for about an hour or so. You will feel great another morning!
