Think about your tennis position? Wellyour bent at the middle with stress on your spine, hamstrings and glutes. So that you better do one or two tennis warm up exercises for all those parts also.

Have I convinced you yet? Or even, then expect the same results and keep your same schedule. I hate to seem too negative, but I strongly feel you will need to complete your golf warm up exercises.

Here's one tennis warm up exercise of nine, that I have put together to obtain you started on the right track.

I call it the squat having an arm raise:

  • Feet shoulder width apart.
  • Place club before you and hold with your hands for balance.
  • Lower human body by bending at the knees perhaps not sides.
  • At the same time frame raise the club horizontaly up facing you.
  • Raise repeat 15 times, lower the hands and back up.
  • Keep torso very erect.

It is a good mixture exercise that warms up the legs, back and shoulders all at once.
